Not sharing candidate information with third parties without permission

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for recruitment services are agreed individually with each client. Unless otherwise stated:

Fees are due upon the successful hire of a presented candidate
Invoices are payable within 21 calendar days of issue
Late payments may incur interest charges in line with Czech civil law

tekrecruIT reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

tekrecruIT is not liable for:

Hiring decisions made by the client
Losses or damages resulting from reliance on candidate information
Technical issues, downtime, or delays beyond our control

Total liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of tekrecruIT and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes to Terms

tekrecruIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date.
